Anna Maria is only 7 1/2 miles long and less than a mile wide.  No structure on the island is over three stories in height.  It’s inhabitants seek to preserve the classic “Old Florida” lifestyle.

Last month, the feature travel article in the famed Southern Living magazine placed the spotlight on Anna Maria.  The article echoed the island’s motto of “Paradise without an Attitude.”
